Product & Data

Useellis covers 6,000+ US public companies across all major exchanges, including NYSE, Nasdaq, and OTC markets. If a company files with the SEC, you’ll find it on Useellis.
Useellis pulls filings and structured events directly from SEC EDGAR — the official source for all public company disclosures. Financial data (earnings, revenue, balance sheet figures) is sourced from Nasdaq. Useellis does not aggregate news from media outlets or editorial sources, which means the data you see is primary and unfiltered.
New filings appear on Useellis in under 60 seconds from the moment they land on EDGAR. If you’re using the News API, filings are delivered in under 90 seconds. This speed advantage is core to the platform’s value — you’re getting the filing at the same time as institutional desks.
No. Useellis is a financial data and research platform that provides information for educational and informational purposes only. Useellis is not a registered investment advisor, and nothing on the platform constitutes a buy or sell recommendation. Always do your own due diligence and consult a qualified financial professional before making investment decisions.

AI Chat

You can ask AI Chat anything related to a company’s SEC filings and public disclosures — earnings call tone and management commentary, risk factors from the latest 10-K, revenue breakdown from a 10-Q, insider transaction patterns, financial history, or how the company’s language has changed quarter-over-quarter. If it’s in a filing, AI Chat can surface it.
AI Chat is context-aware. When you’re viewing a company’s profile page or have a specific filing open, the AI is automatically loaded with that company’s data as its context window. You don’t need to specify the ticker or company name in every message — just ask your question and the AI knows what you’re looking at.
AI Chat answers are grounded in SEC filings, which means the AI is working from the actual source documents rather than summarized or third-party data. That said, AI models can occasionally misinterpret or misrepresent complex financial language. Always cross-reference important figures or conclusions against the original filing before acting on them.
